Moalem Weitemeyer assisted the owners of Fokus Asset Management A/S and Fokus Fund Management in the sale to private equity funds advised by BlackFin Capital Partners .

Fokus Asset Management provides end-to-end real estate management services and advice, including real estate M&A investment services and asset management to its clients worldwide. Fokus Asset Management has an aggregate of EUR 2.7 billion under management.

Completion of the acquisition is pending regulatory approval.
