Moalem Weitemeyer acts as legal advisor to Dades in real estate deal

We are pleased to have acted as legal advisor to Danish real estate conglomerate Dades in connection with the acquisition of three residential properties located in the Greater Copenhagen Area (Virum, Nærum and Frederikssund) from Soller Capital Partners.

The three properties comprise 165 residential units in total and the transaction value is more than DKK 400 million.
