Moalem Weitemeyer assists JOOL Group

CPHI-Holding A/S, a company that owns businesses in airport logistics and airport security, has successfully completed a tap issue of senior secured bonds in an amount of DKK 40,000,000 under a framework of DKK 100,000,000. The proceeds will be used to finance the Group’s continued growth and global expansion.

JOOL Group Corporate Finance acted as corporate finance adviser in connection with the transaction. Moalem Weitemeyer advised JOOL Group Corporate Finance in all aspects of Danish law.
