Rasmus Juel Schiøtt makes Partner at Moalem Weitemeyer

We are pleased to welcome Rasmus Juel Schiøtt onboard as partner.

Rasmus engages in M&A, private equity and venture capital. Before joining Moalem Weitemeyer, he served as Associate General Counsel at Nilfisk A/S. 

Rasmus has worked on some of the largest and most complex  transactions in the Danish market, including DSV Panalpina’s acquisition of Agility and DSV Panalpina’s divestment of the  Airflo perishables business, and he has assisted Royal Unibrew and private equity funds Triton and Battery Ventures in their M&A activities.

Rasmus is married to Josefine, who works at the department of the Ministry of Culture, and together they are raising their 2 sons Oscar and Victor ages 5 and 3. They are expecting their 3rd son this October. 

In his spare time, Rasmus coaches his son’s football team in football club Skjold.
