Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Röko AB in connection with their acquisition of the majority in the leading Danish menswear company Les Deux ApS.

Les Deux is a menswear brand that was founded in Copenhagen in 2010 with the ambition to become a global menswear brand.

The Les Deux founders have led the business successfully for 10 years and will continue to do so while retaining significant ownership.

Röko is a Swedish based long term investment firm with EUR 270 million in committed capital with a local presence in Sweden, Norway and Germany, and more than 80 years of combined experience from working with founder and entrepreneurial led companies across a broad range of industries.
