Moalem Weitemeyer assists Penta Infra

Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Penta Infra with their acquisition of Waterland Private Equity portfolio company Sentia’s data centre business in Denmark

Penta Infra invests in digital infrastructure across Europe and is a leading provider of data centre services for European hub and edge markets. Penta Infra has a strong foothold in Northern Europe and with this acquisition, Penta Infra has expanded its reach even further.

As a part of the transaction, Penta Infra and Sentia are also entering into a mutually beneficial partnership which will allow Penta Infra to deliver state-of-the-art data centre solutions to the Danish market and Sentia to release resources to focus more intensively on its core business within cloud services, application control, and consulting.
