The leading Danish business periodical InsideBusiness has this morning published its 2021 mid-year survey of the leading Danish M&A firms.

Both in terms of deal value and deal volume Moalem Weitemeyer is placed solidly in the top as no. 2 based on deal value and as a shared no. 3 based on deal volume.

"We are very pleased with our activity level in 1H 2021," says corporate partner Tobias Bonde Frost.

"Obviously, so many transactions and a high deal value assume strong client relationships, so we are grateful to our clients for continuing to invite us to their deal teams in their most significant assignments."

"Finally, such a massive achievement requires dedicated employees, and I am very grateful that our Firm is blessed with talented and collaborative team players," Tobias Bonde Frost concludes.
