The Delaware Flip

Tobias Bonde Frost og Sophia Wonsild Greisen have written the article The Delaware Flip – when Danish growth companies move to the US which is featured in the latest issue of the leading Danish magazine in the field of accounting, commercial law, tax and auditing Revision og Regnskabsvæsen.

As American venture funds are beginning to show an interest in investments in Danish growth companies, it has become increasingly common for such companies to leave Denmark in favor of the United States. In the article, Tobias and Sophia share their knowledge and explain the so-called Delaware Flip, which is used when Danish companies move to the US in connection with an investment from an American investor.

The article is available in Danish here at Karnov online and in Karnov’s app.
