Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Pure Fishing, a portfolio company of Sycamore Partners, in connection with the acquisition of Svendsen Sport from Maj Invest.

Pure Fishing is one of the global leaders in the fishing tackle industry, with a portfolio of iconic brands.

Svendsen Sport is a leading supplier of sport fishing tackle. Svendsen Sport is a significant player in the Northern European market with its own sales offices in more than 10 European countries and the US.

Sycamore Partners is a private equity firm based in New York specializing in consumer, distribution and retail-related investments. The firm has approximately USDbn 10 in aggregate committed capital.
