Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Caverion Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary Caverion Danmark in connection with the acquisition of DI-Teknik A/S.

 DI-Teknik is one of Denmark's largest automation companies with more than 20 years of experience in automation and industrial electricity.

The company provides design, engineering, dimensioning, programming, installation, and service solutions. The company’s revenue in 2020/21 amounted to EUR 27.8 million, with automation accounting for the majority of the business. 

Nasdaq Helsinki listed Caverion Corporation is a Finnish engineering contractor company that designs, manufactures, operates, and maintains user-friendly and energy-efficient technical solutions for all types of buildings, industries, and infrastructure.
