Moalem Weitemeyer jumps salaries with 25 %

As detailed 29 April 2022 by the Danish legal daily, AdvokatWatch, Moalem Weitemeyer has lifted all salaries with 25 % in addition to the firm's market-leading bonus and "retention" packages.

From 1 May 2022, Moalem Weitemeyer will raise the monthly salary for all full-time employees, across all seniorities and professions, with 25 %. Moreover, in addition to the salary raise, Senior Associates are offered a promotion supplement and will receive DKK 250,000, DKK 500,000 and DKK 1m after 2, 4 and 7 years of employment.

Partner Dan Moalem says: "It is a way of recognizing and rewarding people who contribute to the firm's development, and the promotion supplement is purposed to make it financially more attractive for future employees to build their career with us - both for those who would like to be a partner and those who do not want to be a partner."
