Moalem Weitemeyer represented Fox Group

Moalem Weitemeyer represented Fox Group in connection with the negotiation and conclusion of the lease agreement with global real estate firm Hines for Nike’s very first flagship store opening in Denmark.

With the lease, Nike becomes part of 'The Trinity Quarter' in Copenhagen. 'The Trinity Quarter', named because of its location adjacent to the historic Trinitatis Kirke church on Købmagergade, is a landmark hotel and retail redevelopment in the heart of Copenhagen.

The store will be open to customers from September 2022.
