Moalem Weitemeyer assists COPI Group in the sale of its 20% shareholding in the real estate company VISION Ejendomme to Vision Properties A/S

Moalem Weitemeyer assisted COPI Group in the sale of its 20% shareholding in the real estate company VISION Ejendomme to Vision Properties, a portfolio company owned by Schou Family Invest and Lars Larsen Group, who becomes 100% shareholder in VISION Ejendomme.

VISION Ejendomme has since it was founded built a strong portfolio of residential and student housing properties in Copenhagen. In 2021, VISION Ejendomme managed to triple its profit and increase the number of properties in its real estate portfolio with 50%.

COPI Group was founded by Jesper Brunander in 2010 and is specialized in purchasing and converting classic, often heritage-protected buildings, from commercial to residential real estates. COPI Group will focus on new real estate projects in Denmark and abroad.
