Moalem Weitemeyer advised Triton portfolio company Moove Group (HB-Care Holding A/S) in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Aarhus Minibusser from Abildskou.

Moove Group is a leading and modern mobility company consisting of the taxa business company Dantaxi and the bus company HB-Care A/S.

Aarhus Minibusser provides transportation of children with special needs, elderly and disabled citizens within Aarhus Kommune, and with the acquisition, HB-Care A/S strengthens its position in Eastern Jutland.
