Moalem Weitemeyer assists leading Nordic based investment bank Pareto Securities

Moalem Weitemeyer assisted the leading Nordic based investment bank Pareto Securities in the purchase of two real estate properties on attractive locations in Herning and Hjørring from Topdanmark Ejendom A/S, a 100% subsidiary of Topdanmark A/S. The lessor of both properties is builders' merchant chain BAUHAUS Danmark A/S. The properties are a total of 27,000 m2, and the transaction also included a site in Herning where up to 3,000 m2 retail trade may be erected.

Pareto Securities is an independent full-service investment bank headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with more than 480 employees providing financing solutions and attractive investment opportunities for companies and investors. The transaction is yet another investment by Pareto Securities in Denmark this year.

Topdanmark A/S is Denmark’s second largest insurance company, and Topdanmark Ejendom A/S has a portfolio of private and commercial real estate properties in the amount of DKKb 8 (2021). For TopDanmark Ejendom A/S, the transaction underlines TopDanmark’s focus on office and tenemental properties rather than retail trade properties.
