Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Circular IT Group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, in its acquisition of Tellus Remarketing ApS, which is a Danish market leader in the refurbishment and customization of keyboards.

Circular IT Group offers IT solutions aimed at extending the life of IT assets and thus minimizing the negative impact of the IT value chain on the environment and (critical) raw material consumption.

Waterland Private Equity is a leading European private equity fund that has successfully completed more than 900 investments with offices in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK, France, Ireland, Switzerland, and Poland.
