New Partners at Moalem Weitemeyer!

We are very pleased to announce that Thomas Mygind and Jakob Skafte-Pedersen join the partnership at Moalem Weitemeyer!

Thomas Mygind joined the Firm in the beginning of 2022, and we are delighted that he now makes Partner. Thomas is an expert in complex regulatory issues as well as employment law, including in connection with transactions and disputes. With the right of audience before the Danish High Courts, he has extensive litigation and arbitration experience. He is also specialized within energy law and EU competition law, in particular state aid and foreign subsidies regulation.

Jakob Skafte-Pedersen is specialized in complex M&A transactions, and he has vast knowledge within corporate and capital markets law. Jakob has a strong international profile and has been on several exchanges and secondments abroad. We are delighted to have him on the team!
