Moalem Weitemeyer acted as legal counsel on behalf of Prosus Ventures and Atomico, pertaining to the $60 million Series B funding round investment in Corti ApS.

Prosus Ventures is the venture investing arm of Prosus Group, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Atomico is a European venture capital firm, with offices in London, Paris, Berlin and Stockholm.

Corti ApS is a Danish company founded in 2016, dedicated to providing healthcare professionals with a suite of advanced tools that transcend current time-consuming technologies. Corti is particularly renowned for its expertise in developing and marketing computer software, including AI guides that enhance, automate, and analyze virtual care and in-person patient interactions.
