Moalem Weitemeyer acted as legal counsel on behalf of lead investor Collateral Good Ventures in connection with a Series A investment in the company Re-Zip ApS. Other investors included Tangent Line Ventures and existing investors Planetary Impact Ventures and Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO).

Collateral Good Ventures is a climate-first and technology-focused venture capital fund based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Re-Zip produces recycling packaging within the e-commerce industry, which contributes to minimizing waste when customers order products online. The packaging can be reused, and customers receive an award for making a difference for the climate.
