A group of institutional investors representing approximately 10% of the shares in Brødrene Hartmann (ticker: HART) engaged in discussions with the controlling shareholder in Brødrene Hartmann, Thornico Food, following Thornico Food’s proposal to delist the shares.

Discussions led the controlling shareholder to improve its purchase offer to be made at a delisting. The offer was improved from DKK 300 per share to DKK 360 per share, an increase of 20%. The group of institutional investors considered this fair value and opted to sell their shares and vote for the delisting. All minority shareholders will receive a purchase offer of DKK 360 per share.
