Moalem Weitemeyer assists Danske Andelskassers Bank

Danske Andelskassers Bank (ticker: CPH:DAB) has decided to establish a program for the ongoing issuance of Tier 2 Subordinated Notes, Non-Preferred Senior Notes, and Preferred Senior Notes within a framework of DKK 400 million. The program is part of the bank's goal of increased, structured utilization of the capital markets. The program is arranged by Jyske Bank, which has been mandated by Danske Andelskassers Bank to explore the market for the issuance of Non-Preferred Senior Notes.
