Thomas Weitemeyer

Managing Partner

Thomas is a founder of the Firm and the Firm’s Managing Partner. Thomas conducts litigation and arbitration of commercial disputes. He has many years of experience with large and complex cases and has particular focus on M&A disputes, insurance (including W&I) and professional liability. Thomas has the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and has in recent years represented clients before the Danish Supreme Court several times. Further, Thomas acts as appointed Arbitrator.
