Amendments to the Danish Act on Housing Regulation's Section 5(2)

Det meget omtalte forslag om ændring af Boligreguleringslovens § 5, stk. 2 har været gennem første behandling i Folketinget. Lovforslaget tager primært sigte mod kortsigtede investeringer i private udlejningsboliger. Det vil med andre ord sige, at man ønsker at begrænse lejestigninger i udlejningsbyggeri for at beskytte lejerne, hvor særligt muligheden for at modernisere lejemålet og derefter hæve huslejen ses hyppigt anvendt.
