Tobias Frost was seconded with Travers Smith LLP in London, United Kingdom

I was seconded at Travers Smith for six months in 2018 as a Senior Associate where I was part of the Private M&A and Private Equity team. Working closely with the other persons in the team, I was responsible for deal execution and got to engage with a range of the leading private equity funds in the UK on various transactions.

Travers Smith is one of the leading M&A firms in the UK, and my secondment gave me the tremendous opportunity to work with and learn from some of the leading M&A lawyers in Europe. Furthermore, I got to expand my international network, which has been an important factor in my career. I am very happy that I got to be seconded, and I can only recommend doing the same to anyone who values an international perspective on their career.
