We are currently looking for a dedicated IT Support

Would you like to help operate, maintain and further develop systems and processes at one of the country’s leading law firms? Then you might be our new colleague. 

We are looking for a skilled and committed IT Support with System Administrator skills who will contribute to the development of our IT department in cooperation with Head of IT Casper Manniche. 

As IT Support, you can work focused and independently with both 1st level user support and system administration as well as contribute to improving our systems and IT landscape. Ideally, you have a basic IT technical education with a focus on troubleshooting and the skills and passion to continuously challenge and rethink existing solutions. It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar position, preferably in the auditing, legal, or consulting industry.

Primary Functions

  • Provide world-class 1st and 2nd level user support
  • Manage user and email access to the company’s IT systems
  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including network, OS, GPO, databases, etc.
  • Azure AD administration
  • Create documentation and user guides

    Qualifications

  • You are experienced and well-versed in the entire Microsoft 365
  • You are experienced and knowledgeable in hardware and software
  • You are up-to-date on IT trends and have a good understanding of business
  • You are solution-oriented and not afraid to lend a hand when needed
  • You are extremely service-minded and flexible – also when things go fast
  • You have a thorough, analytical and targeted approach to your work
  • You communicate well in spoken and written Danish and English
