Moalem Weitemeyer assists Royal Unibrew

Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Royal Unibrew in the acquisition of Bryggeriet S.C. Fuglsang and Mineralvandsfabrikken Frem, which was announced today.

Bryggeriet S.C. Fuglsang is the oldest family owned brewery and was established in 1865 by Søren Christian Fuglsang. Today, Fuglsang produces both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including 20 different beers. Mineralvandsfabrikken Frem was established in 1949 and has since then produced a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.
