Moalem Weitemeyer advises Lekolar on its acquisition of Møbel-Gruppen

Lekolar, one of the leading suppliers of educational furniture, learning materials and institutional solutions in the Nordic region, has acquired Møbel-Gruppen, a well-established Danish provider of furniture solutions for schools, educational institutions, daycare centres and offices. 

The acquisition strengthens Lekolar's position in the Danish market and expands its offering with Møbel-Gruppen's recognised and quality-focused product range. Møbel-Gruppen will continue to operate under its existing name, from its current locations and with its current management team.
