Peter Jahn & Partnere A/S has become part of Thranekær, a CataCap portfolio company.

Founded in 1985, Peter Jahn & Partnere A/S is a Copenhagen-based building consultancy with more than 40 years of experience advising on the renovation, maintenance and improvement of existing buildings. The company advises clients, including housing associations, owners’ associations, social housing organisations, private landlords and public authorities, with a strong focus on quality, long-term value and sustainable solutions.

Thranekær is a nationwide Danish engineering consultancy established in 2025 with the ambition of bringing together strong specialist engineering environments in one organisation. The company advises on structural engineering, installations, design, and planning, and also works on utility and infrastructure projects. 

With Peter Jahn & Partnere A/S joining the group, Thranekær further strengthens its capabilities within renovation, maintenance and advisory services relating to the existing building stock.
