Moalem Weitemeyer advised Hawk Infinity AS on its acquisition, through its Danish subsidiary Autosource Group A/S, of 100% of the shares in Loucon ApS.

Loucon is a Danish software company behind Loucon Leasing, a browser-based platform for managing leasing, rental, operating and purchase agreements. The platform serves leasing and finance companies across the Nordics.

Hawk Infinity invests in profitable businesses with strong niche positions and partners with management teams to build long-term value across Europe.
