Moalem Weitemeyer advised Chr. Olesen A/S on the sale, together with co-investor Signet Healthcare Partners, of 100% of the shares in Chr. Olesen Synthesis A/S to Samfara.

Chr. Olesen Synthesis is a Danish developer and manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients and advanced intermediates, specialising in controlled substances, based in Hvidovre, Denmark.

Samfara is a London-based private equity firm focused on majority buyouts of European life sciences companies. The acquisition of Chr. Olesen Synthesis marks Samfara’s first investment.
