We are pleased to promote attorneys-at-law Poul Guo/郭保罗 and Kristoffer Lund Poulsen to the partnership.

Poul advises on M&A, private equity and venture capital, and management incentive plans. Poul speaks fluent Mandarin and in addition to his Danish admission to practice law, he holds an LL.M. from Peking University Law School in Beijing. Poul started his career with Moalem Weitemeyer as a trainee in 2012, and today he heads the firm’s China Desk. In 2021, he was featured among Berlingske Business Magazine’s Top 100 list of young business talents. He has co-authored the book “The Danish Stock Option Act – employment law regulation on equity compensation” (published 2022) and he is a lecurer in the subject Companies and Capital Markets at the University of Copenhagen.

Kristoffer is part of Moalem Weitemeyer’s corporate finance og capital markets team. He advises Danish and international companies, private equity funds and lenders on financing and capital market transactions, including acquisition and asset financing and bond issuances. Further, Kristoffer has significant knowledge within regulation of financial instututions, fintech and private equity funds.
