Moalem Weitemeyer assists the sellers of GoLearn.dk in the sale of all shares to Eduhouse Oy

Moalem Weitemeyer represented the sellers of GoLearn.dk in connection with the sale of all shares to Eduhouse Oy, a portfolio company of Norwegian private equity firm Verdane.

GoLearn.dk is a EdTech company branding itself as the “Netflix for online courses”. GoLearn provides a platform for online education with the aim of enhancing companies’ ability to further educate their employees through innovative e-learning. The company has been backed by notable Danish investors and founders such as Martin Buch Thorborg and Nicolai Frisch.

Eduhouse Oy, based in Finland, is a growing LAAS-company with best-in-class training content in finance, payroll, leadership and HR. The company’s e-learning platform makes it easier to access information whenever and wherever, enabling and empowering learning. Eduhouse is currently considered the leading EdTech company in Finland, Norway and Sweden.
