Trophy Games (Nasdaq: TGAMES) Acquires Mobile Game Portfolio from Tivola Games

Today, Trophy Games Development (Nasdaq: TGAMES) has announced the strategic acquisition of the entire mobile games portfolio from Tivola Games for a consideration of EUR 700,000 in an all-cash transaction. The acquired portfolio includes over 20 titles in the soft management/simulation category centered around animal themes and is in alignment with Trophy Games’ strategic focus. As a result of the acquisition, Trophy Games raised its guidance for FY2024; revenue from DKK 63m – 71m to DKK 68m – 74m, EBITDA from DKK 14m – 18m to DKK 16m-20m, and EBT from DKK 5m – 8m to DKK 6m – 9m. 

Trophy Games Development is a game development company based in Copenhagen listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark.

Tivola Games is an international publisher and developer of games based in Hamburg. Tivola Games GmbH is owned by Jumpgate AB, listed on Nordic Growth Market (SME) in Sweden.
