Wegener GmbH, a German business within semi-finished steel products, has acquired IAI Holding, including its subsidiaries Ib Andresen Industri, Europrofil AB and Europrofil AS.

The acquisition marks a new era for both businesses sharing a legacy of being independent, family-owned enterprises with a long history in delivering steel solutions to industrial customers. The combined businesses will have a strong presence in Northern Europe. 

The transaction is expected to be completed within 3 months.
