Moalem Weitemeyer assists Polaris Private Equity owned Designers Company

The company behind MENU and the Audo, in the acquisition of By Lassen as an add-on to MENU Holding.

By Lassen is an interior design company headquartered in Holstebro, Denmark, with a strong brand and a unique design heritage from Flemming, Mogens and Søren Lassen, which includes the classic chairs The Tired Man, Ingeborg and the bar stool ML42. The acquisition is completed in line with Designers Company’s future strategy which aims to create a House of Brands. By Lassen will continue as an independent brand and continue to market and develop Danish design icons such as the Kubus and The Tired Man – not only in Denmark but also in several other markets, including North America.
