Moalem Weitemeyer assists MBH in connection witth the succesful combination of its 100% owned subsidiary, Natupharma, and the Wellvita Group, owned by Capidea, the owners of Orifarm, and other shareholders.

Upon closing of the transaction MBH became a major shareholder in the combined group which will operate under the name of Nordic Well Group.

This combination marks a key milestone in the Nordic dietary supplement market and positions Nordic Well Group as a leading player in the Nordic market for vitamins, minerals, and nutritional supplements
