Moalem Weitemeyer advised Jobindex in connection with its acquisition of all commercial activities in Ofir from North Media.

With this acquisition, Jobindex strengthens its position as a leading player in the Danish market for online job advertisements. The transaction includes the transfer of Ofir’s customer relationships, content, advertising, user data, and 11 commercial employees. 

Founded in 1996, Ofir has been a pioneer in the development of digital platforms for job advertisements. This strategic acquisition allows Jobindex to consolidate its market presence and enhance scalability within the industry, furthering its mission to connect employers and job seekers across Denmark.
