Neqst acquires cyber security consulting business from WithSecure Corporation

Moalem Weitemeyer advised on Danish law aspects of Neqst’s acquisition of WithSecure Corporation’s cyber security consulting business.

The transaction includes a total of approximately 250 employees located in Finland, the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Singapore, Italy, and the US.

Neqst is an investment firm specializing in profitable growth companies within the software and IT services sectors, with an emphasis on the Nordic region.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Neqst and Gernandt & Danielsson, acting as global counsel to Neqst, for entrusting us with the assignment of advising on Danish law aspects of this transaction.
