Caverion Denmark has entered into an agreement to acquire BS Sikring og Elteknik, a Danish security company specialising in access control, burglar alarm and video surveillance solutions. The acquisition supports Caverion's strategy of sustainable growth and strengthens its position within security solutions in Denmark. With 17 years of experience and strong customer relationships across the country, BS Sikring og Elteknik adds specialised competencies and increased capacity within the security area.

The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
